A: Most custom orders take 2–4 weeks to ship depending on quantity and complexity.

For large quantities over 15, we require no less than 4 weeks minimum to ship.

A: Yes - while we do not have a minimum order, we do have a maximum of 25.

If you are looking for a larger quantity to order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help you!

A: Custom items are final sale once we have received payment and started production, but we’ll always work with you on replacements if there’s an issue with the product.

A: Yes—All custom orders include a digital mockup for approval before production begins.

Please note that we provide two complimentary mockups per custom order and anymore after that will be an additional charge.
